Renqara Return / Exchange Policy
At Renqara, we want every order to feel right when it reaches you. If something is not suitable, we offer a simple return and exchange process under the terms below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags, labels, and accessories attached
Returns or exchanges requested after 10 days may not be accepted.
2. Reverse Pickup
Where available, Renqara will arrange reverse pickup through our courier partners.
A flat reverse logistics and processing fee of ₹150 per order will be deducted from the refund amount for normal customer-choice returns, such as size issue, fit issue, color preference, or change of mind.
This fee is not charged if the return is due to:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Product not matching the order
3. Refunds for Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check.
Refund timeline: 6–8 working days after quality check approval.
The refund amount will be the product value after applicable deductions, if any. Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable, except in cases where Renqara has shipped a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
4. Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided as store credit, gift card, or discount code, unless Renqara decides otherwise.
The store credit will be shared on your registered email, WhatsApp, or phone number within 2–3 working days after return approval.
Store credit can be used for future purchases on Renqara.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or product replacement, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, Renqara may offer:
- Store credit
- Replacement with another product
- Refund as per the applicable refund method
Only one exchange may be allowed per order unless the replacement product is damaged, defective, or wrong.
6. Self-Shipping Policy
If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Please mention the following clearly on the package:
- Order ID
- Registered mobile number
- Full name
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking. The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
If you self-ship the return, the ₹150 reverse pickup deduction will not apply. For prepaid orders, the full eligible product value will be refunded after quality check.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Boxers
- Briefs
- Trunks
- Innerwear
- Used or washed products
- Products without tags
- Products damaged due to customer use
Items sold under clearance sale, final sale, free product deals, or special promotional offers may also be non-returnable if clearly mentioned on the product page or offer page.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once verified, Renqara will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund without charging the ₹150 return fee.
9. Missing Delivery Issue
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.
We will investigate the issue with our courier partner. Claims raised after 48 hours may be difficult to verify.
10. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery as per this policy.
11. Quality Check
All returned products go through a quality check at our warehouse.
Renqara reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product is:
- Used
- Washed
- Damaged by the customer
- Missing tags or packaging
- Returned in poor condition
- Different from the product originally shipped
If a return is rejected after quality check, the product may be shipped back to the customer.
