For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

At RENQARA, every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility to ensure it meets our premium quality standards.

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and its original packaging for verification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your request is approved and the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will process your replacement or refund (where applicable). Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
